CANCELATION POLICIES FOR PRE-PAID CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

Time required for canceling your booking’s date:

It is necessary to cancel your booking within the following periods of time in advance

· Two-week days before the booking’s date for Ecuadorian and local residents

· Seven-week days before the booking’s date for foreign.

With the previous booking’s cancellation you may require:

1. A new booking’s date within 1 year counting from the original payment date, with previous availability request

2. Payment’s refund with a 15% cancellation penalty.

Note: For foreign refund the respective shipment costs will be added.
