- “Beautiful Location and worth the trip”mcamym19 of February 2017
We only spent a night here, but the hot spring pools outside the rooms are wonderful, and there are great short hikes/trails from the property that take you through farm country, along a river and waterfalls that you shouldn’t miss. Didn’t visit the public hot spring pools, the ones by the rooms are less crowded. The restaurant is just average and the rooms are a little basic, but I loved this place for a night!
- “Overall, a very nice stop (for lunch and a soak in the hot water)”Eric W22 of February 2017
Beautiful backdrop, if the weather is good.
I was on a Gate 1 tour, coming back from the rain forest.
This was a lunch stop, that included some time in the water.
Very nice facility. Multiple pools at different temperatures.
Pools are not very natural, but they are pleasant enough.
Large, clean, spacious changing areas.
Lunch was very good. I had the locally raised fish. Staff was wonderful.
- “Amazing views, beautiful and relaxing spa”dsestep22 of February 2017
This hotel and spa was amazing. The volcano appeared through the clouds in the morning. Breathtaking. The hot pools were wonderful and very relaxing. The food was great and plentiful. Service was wonderful. All in all this was perfect. The massage was very good as well. I hope to return one day.

Each room has hot spring pools in the front. There are multiple hot spring pools and cooling pools. The surrounding is really beautiful and relaxing. We hiked next to a beautiful river until we reached a concrete bridge. The hotel has llamas in the property and it’s nice to see them up close. Room was not that impressive.
