- “Hot Springs – Amazing ”Katie T2 of March 2017
I loved the hot springs. There were so many different pools of varying temperatures. And the scenery around the pools was amazing, especially the running river going through the middle. I could come here every day! The price was about $8.50 for entrance to the pools which I think is quite good. There is no time limit for the day. The only problem was the staff weren’t really communicating regarding the lockers/safes. We planned to just put all our belongings in the lockers, but the person who gave us the locker hire insisted we put any valuables in the safe at the front entrance. When we asked at the front entrance they asked us why we could not use the lockers and were quite rude about allowing us to use the safe. This wasted about half an hour and started the day off with a bit of a negative feeling. We ended up wanting to take photos so got our belongings (including smartphones) back out of the safe then later put them in the lockers to avoid this who issue again. They were fine in the lockers, but you be the judge of what you would prefer to do. I would advise that you just avoid taking anything valuable and go with the lockers from the start. Negative experience aside I would go back again and again because the place is stunning and so relaxing.
- “Great spa for volcano heated pols”Fred B6 of March 2017
Stopped just for the pools and massaged but very pleased also with stunning nature walk (just 2km return). Many flowers birds and even a wild rabbit. Lovely waterfall at end. The pools are wonderful. The cold one is almost icy at 5C and the hottest one is 65C. Beautiful. The steam cave very lovely scented with fresh mint and sunlight rays streaming in ( private cabins to allow nudity). Massages very professional and relaxing. Restaurant super – try the trout soup with many local products. A fine experience.
- “Totally Amazing!”whatagreatlife16 of March 2017
We stayed here with our 10 family members traveling with Gate 1 Tours. Amazing place! Great massages, relaxing hot springs, excellent food, great hiking through breathtaking (literally, high altitude) scenery, fresh and gorgeous! Rooms were basic but location between 2 volcanoes was extra special and loved the soaking in all the pools!! Excellent stay! Very fun!!
- “Fantastic hotel with thermal spas”Greg J17 of March 2017
This place is out of sight. It is very new and has bathing pools of different temperatures for its clientele. The rooms are spacious, new, and extremely well done. The restaurant is also special. You can get a massage and use the hotel’s private spa or use the public pool nearby. There are lots of hiking trails and beautiful view of Antsana Volcano.
